Zeal Development
Elias Leousis, a General Contractor with over 20 years experience in the State of Florida, founded ZEAL DEVELOPMENT in 2006. Elias is a “Class A” General Contractor and is licensed by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation.
Elias holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from McGill University rounding out a strong business background to ensure projects are completed within budget.
